JBL Pro SRX812P Powered Loudspeaker

The SRX800 Series is JBL’s latest iteration of a top-end performance powered loudspeaker system. The SRX812p includes three full range and two subwoofer models, as well as a plethora of other characteristics that rightfully raise the SRX800 Series to best-in-class status when held against other competitive systems. Trademarked 2,000 Watt Crown amplification, Crown Front-End DriveCore Technology, Celebrated JBL Drivers, V5 Tunings compatible with Vertec and VTX touring systems, premium JBL user-configurable DSP and HiQnet Network control options via smartphone for iOS and Android applications are all featured in the full range 12" two-way, SRX812P.

JBL’s patented Differential Drive Technology ferrite drivers produce unprecedented low levels of distortion and extended low frequency response. These sonic characteristics are achieved by integrating 3" voice coils with lower mass ferrite magnets, which has the added benefit of lower weight and higher power handling. JBL’s 2432H is the only neodymium 3" voice coil compression driver in this class, distributing maximum power levels and smooth sound clarity.

The SRX812p tops out at the highest power rating in its class of loudspeakers because it is powered by Crown proprietary front-end DriveCore technology. The end result is a massive 2000W Power Rating. With an outstandingly low 103dB signal- to-noise ratio, the SRX812p is capable of massive sound pressure levels with exceptional headroom, very low distortion and pure transparency throughout its frequency range.

A complete suite of user controllable DSP driven by the SRX812p’s powerful on-board 400mHz Sharc DSP includes 20 PEQ’s, two seconds of delay, amplifier monitoring, signal generators, Input mixing and 50 User Presets. The system can also amalgamate V5 JBL Tunings, allowing for compatibility with Vertec and VTX touring systems. An integrated LCD screen supports fast setup and configuration.
