Lake People DIGI-TOOL F612 AES/EBU / AES3id / Wordclock Splitter & Distribution Amplifier

The Lake People DIGI-TOOL F612 is an AES/EBU Splitter with 2 modules - the first featuring 1 input and 4 outputs, and the second featuring 1 input and 8 outputs.

Inputs and outputs are transformer balanced, with impedance 110 ohms via XLR sockets according to AES 3/11.

The highly sensitive inputs regenerate improper or weak input signals, whilst the high output voltages are able to drive AES3 signals over long distances.

The Lake People DIGI-TOOL F612 offers failsafe operation through switchable Auto-Mode Multimode power supply 90 … 260V AC.

Module 1 (AES/EBU Splitter):

• 1 input, 4 outputs via XLR sockets, transformer balanced, impedance 110 ohms, according to AES 3/11

• High output voltages (> 4 Veff) to drive long distances

Module 2 (WCLK/AES-id Splitter):

• 1 input and 8 outputs via BNC sockets, unbalanced, impedance 75 ohms
• High sensitive inputs to regenerate unproper or weak input signals
• High output voltages to drive long distances
• Jumpers to switch the output impedance from 75 ohms to 50 ohms to drive improper WCLK inputs
• Jumpers to switch to AES-3id operation
• Jumpers to switch to “Superclock 256 Fs”
• Failsafe operation through switchable Auto-Mode Multimode power supply 90 … 260V AC

Multi-Sync Unit Option:

The MULTI-SYNC UNIT option offers the following features:

• 3 external inputs, sample rate 28 ... 210 kHz, AES/EBU, AES-id, WCLK - 1 AES-EBU sync output
• Internal oscillators with 32, 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4, 192 kHz
• Auto-Mode, Format, Key-Lock und Mute switchable
